I provide fully customized strength training designed to help women reach their personal goals and build lasting results. My one-on-one sessions are one hour long and take place at my private home gym in Highland Park.

Commit to your progress with a 10-session package. These one-hour, customized strength training sessions are designed for consistent results and long-term health. $700 per package, a $50 savings over individual sessions

Get professional guidance with a fully customized workout plan tailored to your goals. This subscription includes a nutrition plan, weekly check-ins, messaging support for your questions, and monthly progress assessments to track your habits and development. I use the Trainerize app, which also gives you access to a built-in workout library with quick demo videos for every exercise, so you can feel confident and supported in your training. To ensure you keep seeing results, your workout routine is updated every 8 weeks.
