My Story & Mission
Hi, I’m Fritzi.
Fitness has always been a constant in my life, but my perspective on training changed forever when I had my first son in 2021. Growing up in Germany, I was used to a healthcare system that treats pelvic floor recovery as a necessity, not an afterthought. In Germany, every new mother attends a class to rebuild the foundation of her core, the muscle group that literally carries your organs and supports every move you make.
When I realized that same level of specialized care was missing here, I decided to build it myself. I became a certified pre- and postnatal trainer, and to ensure my programs met the highest standards, I partnered with a physical therapist in Germany to refine my routines. I wanted to combine clinical recovery with the high-intensity strength training I’ve always loved.
Since 2021, I’ve been training women, both moms and non-moms, first in North Hollywood and, since 2024, at my home gym in Highland Park. Whether we’re focusing on postnatal recovery, beginning your strength journey, or taking your training to the next level, my goal is to provide the specialized support and knowledge every woman deserves. I’m here to help you better understand your body, build lasting strength, and feel confident, capable, and powerful in your everyday life.
